In 1988, I became aware that a large segment of the work force was being overlooked. Within this group were people who left their jobs unexpectedly due to corporate downsizing or early retirements. Also included were full-time homemakers attempting to re-enter the workforce. They were talented, experienced workers who were dependable, productive and possessed an uncommonly strong work ethic. A work force of mature workers - primarily people over forty years of age.

I saw this talent and experience as the best possible answer to the increasingly complex needs of employers. And so Retirement Enterprises was born.
